How Local Delivery Works

Choose your flowers, select your preferred delivery date, and enter the recipient's address at checkout. Your delivery fee will be calculated based on the location.

We'll take care of the rest.

Delivery & Recipient Availability

To help ensure flowers are received as fresh as possible, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the recipient by phone call or text prior to delivery. If the recipient does not answer or respond, we may leave the flowers in a safe location at the delivery address, such as the front door or porch, when we determine it is reasonable to do so. A photo will be taken at the delivery location to document the placement and condition of the flowers at the time of delivery. Once the flowers have been successfully delivered and documented, Wicked Flowers is not responsible for theft, damage, wilting, weather exposure, or other conditions affecting the flowers after delivery. If weather conditions or the delivery location make it unsafe to leave the flowers unattended, we may contact the purchaser and/or recipient to arrange an alternative delivery option. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient name, delivery address, phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions. We do not provide refunds when an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided at checkout. If we are able to redeliver the order, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Unable to Complete Delivery

If we cannot safely complete a delivery for reasons outside our control and cannot safely leave the flowers, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the purchaser and/or recipient. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange another delivery attempt or another available solution. Additional delivery charges may apply.
